Can I call for an appointment?
You are welcome to make your own appointment, but most studies require you to have a physician’s referral. Many times your physician will call and schedule your appointment for you.

Will my insurance cover my procedure?
Our facilities participate with a wide variety of insurance carriers. If you have specific questions regarding your benefits, it is advisable to check with your insurance carrier prior to your exam date.

When will my doctor receive the results of my exam?
The results will be faxed to your physician within 24-48 hours of your exam.

How far in advance do I need to let you know that I will be picking up copies of my films?
It is best if you call the day before you would like to pick-up films. If you need your films mailed to a physician, it is best to call 3-4 days before your appointment to allow time for delivery.

Why do I have to show ID to pick-up my films?
We want to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, that is why we ask to see your ID. We want to ensure that your films are getting to the right person.
